5 Autumn/Winter Trends I'm waiting to try..

The weather is still quite warm with the exception of a few rainy days here and there and it still feels lovely to take a walk in the park at 7pm. But not for long, as we head towards autumn in a few weeks only!

I've been keenly studying the trends for Autumn/winter down under (that's what I love most about fashion blogging) and picked some that I'm sure to embrace.
Here's a look at what I'm loving-

1. Winter Florals
The floral trend continues into autumn and winter and I'm loving the possibilities! Featured here are some collections from Crumpet England and Wayne Cooper @ Myer Australia

2. Lace

Lace is a timeless classic and this season its everywhere not just tops, dresses and tunics but also stockings, gloves and even bib necklaces!
Lace looks terrific in a lot of colors including burgundy and cobalt blue but there is something about black and white that is just stunning!!

3. Mustard yellow
Warm colors are always in when it comes to autumn winter trends. Yellow is just so versatile and lovely to look at. I'm particularly thinking a warm coat and a stylish bag..so must have!!

4. Statement necklaces

This one's definitely more of an autumn trend, best worn with a dark and solid colored outfit (read navy, black, dark grey, aubergine even). Winter will see our necks wrapped with snug, warm scarves, so I want to make the most of this accessory in the coming season!

5. Structured blazer

If you want to add some instant sophistication, this piece is a must have. Add a structure blazer to jeans and a bright blouse for a smart casual and stylish look or go all neutral with it!

Which one is your favorite?
